How To Find Your Computer Name in Windows 10

When troubleshooting with someone in the IT department, you might be asked for your Computer Name.  This information will allow us to remotely connect to your machine to assist in troubleshooting any issues you may be experiencing.

It's easy to find your Computer Name, just follow these steps:

1.  Hit the Windows button on your keyboard to bring up the search field.
2.  Type in This PC and hit Enter



3.  Right click on This PC and select Properties




4.  The following screen wil appear....look for Computer Name.




That's it!  Now you know where to find your Computer Name!
