Change Password


If you are working at the office, you only need to do steps 2-7
  1. If working remotely, connect to the VPN
    1. If having issues connecting to the VPN please submit a support ticket or email support@keh.com.
  2. Press the CTRL+ALT+DEL keys at the same time
  3. Enter current password in "Old password" field
  4. Enter new password in "New password" field
  5. Enter the password you entered in "New password" in "Confirm password" field
  6. Lock the computer
  7. Unlock the computer using your new password
  8. If working remotely, reset your VPN credentials (see below)
    1. Disconnect from the VPN
    2. Reconnect to the VPN, you should be prompted with the login box
      1. Use your first initial + last name as the username
      2. Use the new password you set
    3. If you have trouble connecting at this point, please submit a support ticket or email support@keh.com.

Reset VPN credentials

  1. Type in "VPN" in the Windows Search (can also be accessed by hitting the Windows key) and hit enter.
  2. Select the VPN you wish to reset credentials for then a screen similar to this should display:
  3. Edit your credentials, leaving all the other settings the same.
  4. Clear your old sign-in information and be prepared to enter your new credentials each time you login to the vpn for safety concerns.

  5. Click "Save" once you're done
  6. Connect to the VPN
    1. If having issues connecting to the VPN please submit a support ticket or email support@keh.com.

MacOS
