Editing content, show the editor. You can not preview at this time. Once you make the changes, save page / save and continue edit, then go to "cache management" at the top. Select the "Blocks HTML output" and "Page Cache" types and next to "Actions: Refresh" hit submit. Verify changes are live on site (ctrl+shift+r). Done!
