How To Troubleshoot Zebra Label Printer

Title: How To Troubleshoot Zebra Label Printer and/or Scanner
ISSUE #1: Label Printer
Reverse Feeds the Labels so only half of my label is showing
1. Open the Zebra Setup Utility application:
2. Under Printer Configuration>Open Printer Tools
3. Click on 2nd tab called Action>select Load Factory Defaults
4. At Command Line at bottom of screen, enter ~JSB and click SEND
NOTE: DO NOT PRESS THE MANUAL FEED BUTTON ON THE TOP OF YOUR PRINTER AFTER YOU DO THIS.
IT WILL WIPE OUT THE COMMAND YOU JUST SENT!
