How To Submit A Ticket to IT Dept
- Fill out the fields with your name and email address. Put as much detailed information as you can into the description field.
- Include your current location (in the office or working remote from home) as well as any error messages you may have received. You can also attach a file at the bottom of the screen. Screenshots of errors help us troubleshoot, so please include them when possible!
- Click the Submit button and your ticket will be created and sent to IT.
